Making its return to Slackerstyle.com comes the very rare yet very popular life hack! In our re-debut I present probably one of the coolest hacks I’ve had a chance to present. Everyone has those cool little USB thumb drives, some made from a lego, some made from a piece of wood, even one made out of an altoid box. All of those are very cool little mods but this one takes the cake.
The people over at Evil Mad Scientist Laboratories came up with a torn USB cable that is really a fully functioning USB memory stick. They are nice enough to provide step by step instructions so you can create your very own. It takes some skill, some patience, and some money but I promise when you are on campus or at work people will really be like “what the fuck!” when they see you bust out a torn/cut up USB cable to save your files to.
